B-2 hard boiled eggs with mixed fruit; strawberries,kiwi,banana
S- homemade applesauce, almonds
L- elk stew, raw baby carrots
S- green apple, palm full of pumpkin seeds, hard boiled egg
D- hamburger patty, home canned beets, green salad with balsamic vinegar, olive oil dressing

I was starving all day. I think I need to follow Katy's advice and eat sweet potatoes after swim class in the morning. I could never catch up after breakfast I was starving at 10:00 am. Starving at 3:00 pm.

B-2 eggs with turkey and salsa, cheated and added swiss cheese!
S-apple
L-vegetable stir fry without the sauce which made it very bland
S-handful of carrots
D-steak with sauteed peppers and onions, asparagus baked with olive oil and garlic

HUNGRY ALL DAY!!!!This is going to get old quick!

Breakfast-steak and eggs.
Lunch-vegetable stir fry, orange, apple, bannana.
Snack time-Ham and orange
Dinner-beans,steak, suteed pepers, mushrooms asparagus. HMMM.
Drinking only water-painful.

L-Mermaid Cafe: Salad w/chicken
S-elk steak and a handfull of nuts
D-Bevan made elk burger meatballs, so meatballs, spanich w/olive oil & tabasco dressing.

3 egg omelette with spinach, tomatoe, ham, mushrooms
apple with almond butter
salad with tuna
banana
chicken breast, spinach with mushrooms and basil
2 squares dark chocolate

B- 2 eggs; zone bar(not paleo but needed to get rid of it); 2 fish oil tablets
L-tuna salad( tuna, lettuce, carrots, cucumber)
D-tuna; apple; almond butter; grilled chicken; sauteed broccoli, onions and zucchini; 8oz white wine; 2 fish oil tablets

Feeling pretty good. A little hungry but i plan on upping the intake tomorrow.

all day i drank, Iced Tea/ Water
total of 516- oz glasses

breakfast- 1 banana
1 cup of roasted almonds
snack- apple
lunch- pork/steak w/ avacado
dinner- roasted veggies

I did good today- felt meekish until i ate meat/ wasnt starving.

din- chx fajitas extra veg. no tortilla-
water and iced tea all day
