Theresa Pre swim - coffee (which I have had each morning but forgot to write down) and banana B-2 hard boiled eggs, sweet potato, orange S- one apple with almond butter. GREAT snack L- 2 more boiled eggs, (I forgot to make something last night) carrot sticks, sweet potato S- hand full of pumpkin seeds, stalk of celery w/almond butter D-chicken breast cooked with lots of vegies and jar of tomato/basil pasta sauce. Not bad but would have loved a big slice of fresh french bread Desert-fruit salad Hot tub - glass of red wine. I know I said I was going to go all week but I couldn't make it.
B-eggs with turkey bacon, bell peppers, onion and salsa, coffee L-orange, pineapple, salad S-almonds and cranberries D-steak, zucchini, peas, carrots and an orange and pineapple
katy B-tuna; pineapple; 2 fish oil tablets L-grilled chicken; sauteed veggies; handful of dark chocolate chips S-post workout mini banana D-eggs, chicken and yellow peppers; 4oz almond milk with 2 fish oil tablets; 4 oz white wine
Fasted until noon. First time, wasn't too bad. felt awsome in the afternoon. hmmmm, maybe something to this fasting thing. L-Spanich salad with elk steak, walnuts and a paleo salad dressing off of the web, was quick and easy. D-Pork chops, cauliflower "mashed potatoes", and an apple. Late snack-nuked black berries mixed with almond butter and a little coconut milk-awsome!
