breakfast-scrambled eggs with veggies. lunch-ham, orange, water, almond Dinner-Steak,shrimp,water,apple,grapes, freezed dried bannas, apple and strawberries. The freeze dried was for the babby, but I think he is going to wind up sharing. hmmm.
B-eggs with turkey bacon, bell peppers, onion, salsa and avacado and coffee Fell off the be good wagon and had a couple of bites of Kylans cream of wheat! S-apple with almond butter L-carrots, hard boiled egg D-steak, grapes, carrots
B-banana and a apple L-chicken breast and salad. (broke down and ate a bite of chocolate cake and a bite of a pizza role one of the guys brought in for everyone at work.) :( D-was successful and ate sautéed chicken and veggies in olive oil while my roommate & friends ate pizza and drank beer in front of me. :)
