L-last of chicken leftovers
Pre - WOD sweet potatoe
D- pork roast, califlower, green beans, home canned applesauce
2 Glasses of red wine. Its Friday!

breakfast-scrambled eggs with veggies.
lunch-ham, orange, water, almond
Dinner-Steak,shrimp,water,apple,grapes, freezed dried bannas, apple and strawberries. The freeze dried was for the babby, but I think he is going to wind up sharing. hmmm.

B-eggs with turkey bacon, bell peppers, onion, salsa and avacado and coffee
Fell off the be good wagon and had a couple of bites of Kylans cream of wheat!
S-apple with almond butter
L-carrots, hard boiled egg
D-steak, grapes, carrots

late lunch/dinner- 8oz bloody mary(with potato vodka) baked cod w/ veggies salad

B-banana and a apple
L-chicken breast and salad. (broke down and ate a bite of chocolate cake and a bite of a pizza role one of the guys brought in for everyone at work.) :(
D-was successful and ate sautéed chicken and veggies in olive oil while my roommate & friends ate pizza and drank beer in front of me. :)

Drank water and coffee

D- forgot to say yesterday I had a small potato with dinner
tonight I had tuna a apple with almond butter and 3 fish oil tablets
