Theresa B- paleo pancakes w/fresh berries, bacon, coffee L- Left over smelt, artichoke w/Lemonaise (almost Paleo. It has a little sugar) grapefruit S - piece of dark chocolate D- shrimp & scallops with red pepper, mushrooms, onions, and garlic with tomato sauce over spaghetti squash. It was pretty good. with a piece of flax seed foccia bread. Red wine Desert - little more Coco Bliss Ice cream. Lost 5 lbs. this week. Feel good. Not as hungry.
Easter Sunday-Fell off the wagon big time!!! B-eggs, ham, onions, 1/2 orange L-ham, baked beans, potato salad, vegies, piece of strawberry pie(had fruit in it so it doesn't really count as cheating right!!!), brownie. D-turkey spagetti without the noodles, brocolli
Breakfast-eggs with ham and onions, 1/2 orange Easter Lunch-Cheeseburger with the bun, pepsi, brownies, chips, candy Dinner-turkey spagetti without the noodles, brocolli
B-banana L & D (Ate to much of what I shouldn't have for Easter & could feel a huge difference in how much bad food affects me.) Ham, cheesy potatoes, deviled eggs, been dip, strawberry shortcake & glass of wine
