B-2 paleo pancakes/berries
S- half apple /almond butter
L- imitation crab meat with tomato sauce and spaghetti squash, half apple / almond butter
S-after Tababta I was starving. half avacado and some imitation crab meat.
D- Last of the spaghetti squash with red pepper, mushrooms, tomato sauce and crab meat
Dessert - raspberries and coconut bliss ice cream. Damn that was the last of it.
