S-banana, paleo candy bar
D- chili, salad, Mike's Margarita
Glass of red wine in the hot tub. My shoulders are sore from trying to learn how to do Knees to elbows.

B-eggs and turkey bacon sandwich
S-grapefruit
L-hamburger patty with grilled onions and garlic
D-chicken hot dog(awful), artichoke(second awful) salad (which was the only eatable thing)

breakfast-eggs, orange, turkey bacon, juice.
lunch-mediteranean wrap-orange juice and salad with vinegerate.
dinner-chicken hot dog, strawberries,artichoke,salad-This diet is butal. Definately craving the bread, sugars, pastas, pop,fast food ect.
