D - coconut crusted snapper, green salad
Dessert - piece of dark chocolate, glass of red wine

B-eggs with ham, onions and salsa. Coffee
L-makeshift taco salad with turkey chili. used a chipolte dressing that didn't go with the diet, but I had a hard time finding something. Ice tea.
S-5 or 6 bites of Austins icecream
D-mixed vegies with chicken, pineapple.

Breakfast-4 egg omlet with chicken sausage and cheese
Lunch-busy, didn't have time for lunch
Dinner-mixed vegetable stirfry with chicken and pineapple.

L-Nibley's: Spanich salad with chicken breast and celery seed dressing
D-elk burger left over, celery with almond butter and gluten free brownies, made me feel crappy!
