L-had lunch with the girls at El Pelacio-couldn't help it had a cheese enchalada a-la-carte with ice tea
D-left over chicken, bite of the kids' pizza(not very good though)

Fasted until 6pm (almost 24 hours)
D-date night with Allison, Mr B's.
Sword fish for al and filet Mignon for me, we split the two, baked potato and cook carrots and One glass of red wine. Priceless.
The fast was not because of the dinner, I wanted to see how I felt. A part of Paleo is fasting. Read up on it, pretty interesting!
