B- 2 pumpkin paleo pancakes, with frozen raspberries, half banana
S - other half of banana, with bite of a Paleo candy bar
L- Left over chicken stir fry from last night, raw baby carrots, and few bites of pumpkin pudding
S-little more pumpkin pudding
D- beef stew, more pumpkin pudding, glass of red wine.
